A huge thanks to Jess at the Niseko Promotion Board plus Chris and Miho at Hokkaido Tracks Holidays for their support and assistance in helping to organise and successfully host the Australia-Japan Tourism Convention at Youtei Tracks.
Those in attendance were welcomed by Simon Robinson and given a short brief about where our fantastic region is heading towards in the not to distant future.
The lunch itself was very well received with particular mention going to the exclusive use of only Niseko region fresh produce and dairy plus Australian lamb. As with all of our menus, keeping it local i.e. the use of ingredients; is very important to sustaining the local agriculture businesses.
